Mission Control is an orchestration layer for models, tools, data and decisions. Capsul preserves governed context, evidence and institutional memory so teams can build on what they have learned. The public view explains the problem and operating principles without publishing the architecture or implementation recipe.
The work connected product strategy, market positioning, launch content and live experience around a simple idea: mobility can become a source of asset awareness. Public materials describe heartbeat monitoring, predictive signals and connected use cases. Proprietary engineering remains with the product organization.
Public product evidence availableA foldable solar structure inspired by a flower opening toward the sun. The concept explores portable, visible and decentralized generation for locations where a conventional fixed installation is not the right answer.
Concept, not represented as a commercial launchA floating solar array concept for ocean or large water deployment. The public story is the system question: how could open surface area support energy generation without consuming scarce land? Engineering validation, environmental review and commercialization would be required before deployment.
Concept, not represented as deployed infrastructureThe concept paired sealed drink cups with bank style pneumatic tubes that could route orders to filling stations across the venue. Identity and age verification, facial matching and preference memory were explored to make repeat ordering easier. A convertible deli system used the glass divider as a tabletop so the same footprint could transition into a bar and nightclub. Cup and tube vendors were identified in North Texas, but robotics costs made the full automation impractical at the time.
Concept development and vendor explorationA real time digital governance concept that brings public budgets, contracts, meetings, votes and citizen participation into one understandable environment. The idea is not to publish private information. It is to make public decisions easier to follow and evaluate.
Concept overviewA regional transformation concept focused on making local commerce, community opportunities and public participation easier to discover and understand.
Concept developmentA Bluetooth based concept explored contextual mobile help, product discovery, digital upsell and easier checkout inside a physical store. Separate production work rescued Retina display assets and made a wedding registry launch viable. Public storytelling stays focused on the customer problem and design thinking, not internal JCPenney material.
Concept and production work, confidential assets excludedAn AI-native orchestration layer designed to connect models, data, applications, workflows and human decisions inside one governed command environment.
Mission Control is the operating layer. Command Center is the human interface. Capsul preserves governed institutional context, evidence and decisions so teams do not lose what they have learned. The system is modular, designed to sit above the existing enterprise stack, and keeps people in final control. Architecture, prompts, code and operating recipes remain private.
Connected mobility and asset intelligence moved from product idea to a global retail stage with positioning, launch strategy, content and live experience working as one system.
The public story focuses on the market problem, smart mobility, asset visibility and the launch experience. Proprietary product engineering and internal implementation details remain protected.
Website, SEO, campaigns, product storytelling, analytics, media library, events and automation were rebuilt into a connected marketing operating system.
Work included brand architecture, global product launches, trade show leadership, creative production, dashboards, marketing technology and a reusable asset system. Public profiles document dramatic gains in traffic and conversion. Sensitive company data and internal employment records are excluded.
Eight markets launched in a 12 month period. During the global shutdown, real-time intelligence helped reveal a new demand signal and support a rapid commercial pivot.
A leadership dashboard connected regional activity, audience behavior and decision-making across markets. When live sports stopped, the signal showed growing gaming and wagering interest, giving leadership a practical direction for reallocation. The portfolio presents the decision system and verified market count without exposing protected financial or customer data.
Retina-quality production rescue, a more visible review workflow and an early connected-store concept built around mobile assistance and easier checkout.
When inherited templates failed on Retina displays, image assets were rebuilt at the resolution needed to preserve the launch. A wall-based visual workflow made progress legible across teams. A separate Bluetooth concept explored in-store assistance, product discovery and checkout without a traditional line.
When the real estate market collapsed, the operation pivoted toward the work the market still needed and remained profitable while competitors closed.
The value was not a clever campaign. It was seeing how demand had changed, rebuilding the offer around that reality and executing before the old model consumed the business.
Devin founded his first corporation and restaurant at 21, then opened or helped launch 12 restaurant operations across his hospitality career.
A proprietary liquor demand forecasting system connected product velocity, historical sales, events, seasonality and inventory. The result was continuous product availability without a single liquor-product stockout, backed by direct experience in purchasing, COGS, pricing, margin, vendors and on-premise customer behavior.
Simple selling systems repeatedly lifted low-performing environments, including record results while Devin was simultaneously a full-time student.
At UPS, a dense book of business became a one-page sales tool that was easier to understand and use. At GNC, Devin was repeatedly assigned to lower-producing stores and lifted performance beyond established high-volume locations. The common thread was simplifying the selling system so people could understand it and use it immediately.
